This Refund Policy explains how Crypto Runbook handles refunds for digital products. By purchasing from our site you agree to the policy outlined below.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Crypto Runbook are digital in nature. Once purchased digital content is delivered instantly which means it cannot be returned or revoked. For this reason all sales are final and non refundable.

2. Instant Access and Delivery

When you complete a purchase you immediately receive access to the digital runbook files and any included content. Because instant delivery cannot be reversed we cannot offer cancellations refunds or exchanges.

3. No Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase
Lack of understanding of digital product functionality
Not reading product descriptions before purchasing
Downloading issues caused by personal device settings

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once please contact us. Duplicate transactions may be eligible for review as long as the content has not been downloaded under multiple orders.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your files we are happy to assist with troubleshooting and resending download links. Technical support does not include refunds.

6. Fraud and Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment method was used without permission please contact your bank or payment provider immediately to open a dispute or fraud investigation. We are not able to refund unauthorized purchases directly.
